I really think the Spy/Espionage Missions need to be in empty sectors, or at very least the one with malfunctioning DenTek collectors should not pop up in a sector that already has DenTek collectors (that mission took forever to finish).

Border Patrol could also use an empty sector, I find myself worrying much more about the Assault bots than the nation bots I'm trying to kill... and if I happen to get lucky and fight another player, those bots would really be in the way.

please no meddling other bots. 7 vultures are already hard enough to worry about without the addition of a couple of assaults or guardians...
