possible Chat revisions
I have some possible suggestions for altering the chat setup. As it is right now it can become very confusing and tedious to use in space.
What i would like to see instead of 2 predetermined tabs, is 4 customizable ones. Add a tab to the "controls" part of the options menu for chat and allow people to choose what chat they want to go where in each chat tab. (let people customize what they name the tab too)
This way if I want to have channel chat only in tab 1, group and mission chat in tab 2, guild and sector chat in tab 3 and all my pm's go to tab 4 i can.

To elaborate on the above, If I want Mission, General, Guild, Group and PMs to show in one console tab, make that possible also.
I hope it goes without saying that some kind of please-them-all default setup should be conjured up.
Would be nice if one could just do a ...
/join mission
/leave pm
The same way as is currently done with the chat channels. And I agree more tabs would be great. Actually looks like the interface was set up for that.
Sightly off topic. Aliasing for channels doesn't seem to work, right?
I tried a simple
/alias bla "333"
/join bla
and it didn't seem to do anything.

When you alias something, you're making a new command.
For your purpose you'd have to "alias joinblah 'join 333' " and "alias leaveblah 'leave 333' "

Ah ... never used the feature much. Thought it would be more generic.
Everytime I had to use it, I just played around until it worked. :D
