I wish to bye and equip my ship with an invisible shield, then when I activated nobody can see me and/or damage. I cant fire in this state too. And wish that HUD show a mark to the state. I can to chat with any that I want.

Interesting suggestion, have you tried docking at a space station? It fits all your criteria. (0.o)

Okay, all kidding aside, a cloaking device will probably not be placed on the front burner for quite a sometime. We'll keep working on the Devs though. :-)

One Cavet: If they do find you, they should be able to damage you thus rendering the cloaking device inoperable. Invunerability powerups are neither necessary or desired.
