There should be an option to turn the music off, such that it doesn't turn back on everytime the music would normally change.

Like going into the audio options menu and setting music volume to off?

What about a sound track option with two or three directories.
(e.g. home, danger, clear space) then we can drop .ogg files and here what we want to :)

Actually, you can use your own .oggs, but not contextually (at least not yet). direct Vendetta to an m3u file pointing to oggs, and it'll play 'em in sequence.
