Show Sector and name of currect coordinates somwhere...
1) without having to switch to map all the time... or also you could toggle a minimapsomwhere.
2) Id like to have some more descriptive text with the intruments like for the radar front, back, for power, speed etc. I know it would help new players to get used to this and could be small font.
3) I think licensing takes WAY too long specially the first ones. The missions should indicate more detail on what exactly the reward is for doing them. Also missions should not be stricly tied to ONE license type but might be a combination. And just make it faster at the beginning. I am seriously bored with the mission and the endless jumps back and forth that take forever. sometimes I spend more time jumping and looking at load screen than actually playing.

yea,
1- indicators for orientation (like north south but not aplicable here) where we moving now.
3-I'm post some comments on this, I think a local mini-video efects will more addecuate like a wormhole travel for the time that load the next cuadrant.

Licensing is pretty quick if you start on the combat tutorial mission, and don't actually quit it. You can get up in the combat/light weapons levels pretty quick that way.
Commerce doesn't take very long at all; the trade missions largely grant -at least- 100xp, and I've gotten over 300 for a single 5 minute mission more than once. Since you're only going up to 2000 for the first level, that's pretty easy.
