How we need to travel to wormholes frequently, I think will better an amazing video travel, dont just an in effect and an out effect.

I'd worry about the bandwidth needs to send that....or if ran from local....why? Could get old real fast. I think anything about decreasing the transfer time from sector to sector is a good thing...anyhting to increase transfer times might not be seen as a positive thing.

hey, come on, may be a fix travel effect not more. Even, when you in on a sector always a "loading" screen appear, then if you wish, change the loading screen to wormhole travel. Dont you! In the time the travel work vendetta can load the next sector !!!!!

I'm of the opinion that an increase in loading times would be bad; the biggest drag in a game like this is true 'downtime'. When you actually have control of your ship and are moving is one thing, but when you're staring at a screen or cinematic, that's another.

As has been previously mentioned by one of the developers, putting an animation in the loading screen was a concern because either a) the animation would stutter from loading, or b) the loading time would increase.

Neither really seems ideal, to me.

I think that it would be nice if you could play tetris on the loading screen. :-P
