I was just at Best Buy and I noticed that lots of upcoming games have preorder boxes available. Pay $10 for the box with a demo video and a guarantee that you can get the whole thing at a reduced price the day it comes out. That might be something you (the devs) could look into to increase product awareness and all. Yeah. And maybe you could put a die-cast valkyrie in there too? No? Well, I had to try. :p

It's frustrating hearing beta testers (you're not the only one) asking to play the game for free. $30 is already a cheaper box price than most games out there, and $9 a month is not too much to ask of someone who wants to play/support the game. We've already been able to playtest the game for 3 years absolutely free, and if you supported what the devs are doing you'd be willing to p2p.

heck I think every beta-tester should at least buy the game, even if you don't plan on renewing the subscription. We have played Vendetta at Guild Softwares expense for up to 3 years for some ppl. I think the least I owe them is $30. So even if I don't like the final product, I will still buy the game. Wether or not I re-new the subscrition depends on the game though.

Wouldn't it be cheaper just to have it available as a download? Save marketing 15 different copies of the software in 45 different countries.
