I think there needs to be banks in the game which people can deposit money into. If they are blown up all money on hand would be lost. You could set it up so certain banks have branches in different sectors that you could access. So the Itani branch may have branches in 1-4-7-9 for example. The TGP bank may have them in 9-15-5. Certain banks would refuse to serve people of negitive standings, while others would serve anybody but at a lower interest rate.

Also could make it so withdrawls would cost money-50to 100 c. If you are at the banks head office then you would not have to pay these fees however.

Yeah, then we could call it the FVIB, and it could do things like watch duels.

well this is a bit more complex then FVIB and does not require a player to run it.

Though this obviously is very low priority.

Well, you can expand the FVIB (its a bot right?) to include more advanced banking features. I haven't used the bank yet so im not sure of its capability...
