Maybe I'm just nostalgic, but this event was fun.

Quite possibly the only use for the low-end raptor.

+1 This was before my time so it would have been nice to see it run.

I'm all for it but there's additional considerations that aren't visible to the end user, mostly the fact that ctc was built before the fancy smancy mission system and afaik is more capable of breaking stuff when it bugs out, porting old code is rarely straightforward and tends to introduce strange new bugs! (Yay!)

Beyond that there's a bunch of new additions to the game that could potentially interfere with ctc convoys (blockade and blockade convoys) which i think would be exceptionally cool but yeah all that requires testing which requires devtime of which we don't have much of.

Yeah, I get that there were new elements that created conflicts for this event, (mainly the unrats)
...but hey, defending/destroying a CTC 'voy with unrats in the sector and making away with the cargo sounds awesome ;)
