Players made tolls
For example if a guild and or player wants to make a toll in lets say Sedina B-8, Then the a player could take a mission that would spawn a turret(which is announcemented in 100)at Sedina B-8 and would create a key that a player could give so that said turret would not attack anyone who has said key. The presence of said turret would "dampen warp drives " within Sedina B-8 unless "X" amount is paid ( which grants a temp key for 5hours)this includes NPC which pay 100c per convoy. Players can pay "set_by_player_who_took_mission" in order to pass.
Or you could destroy the turret (which is announcemented in 100).And continue on without paying.
I am open to suggestions on how to keep a single guild from haveing tolls in every system.
This will hopefully bring back more PVP

Interesting idea. I do not think it will have the desired effect of increasing pvp though, but if anything it could be a fun game mechanic if balanced properly. What are the proposed stats on the turret, lifespan, etc?

Stats are up to suggestion but as a starting basis
Hp 5000 hull
Shield 20000
Shield Regeneration 1/10 of Goliath
Missile and gauss turret
Missile 0 Damage (drains powercell by 4k)
Gauss 6000
Hp 5000 hull

I'd rather see a warp inhibition mine that when triggered sends a message to the player that deployed it ;once triggered it spawns an object that prevents warping out 10km all around for a few minutes or until the person in the bubble explodes the mine by targeting and shooting it, lets say 50k hp without shields.
Essentially something that looks like a mine but deploys into a slightly larger mine once it gets tripped.
The turret is a little busted between the instantly drained capship powercell and the constant addtional damage the turret would do to whoever's getting shot at it; makes the thing a lil busted.

+1 to the mine spidey but reduce it to 3.5k all around.
