Refit Capship Large Port in Flight
...when close to friend capship and have keys

I'll elaborate on their behalf I guess...
Give capships the ability to refit each other when they're friendly and parked next to each other, where both players need to be on each other's capship key.
One way I could see it implemented is if both capships are within ~50m of each other and perfectly still after a ten second timer; penalty for this should be the same as for doing a turret swap and capship refit should cause it to lose shields/deactivate turrets for 5m.
biggest downside is that further snowballs the fact capships are already pretty damn powerful so giving them the ability to refit in space when there's already two capships working together further widens the gap between subcaps and capship pilots. (beating a dead horse here but they're busted I can't get around that)
Biggest upside off the top of my head is that this will make cooperative unknown system expeditions and deneb that much more viable and less tedious for a lot of parties.
