Capitol Mining turret
same stats as hive queen mining beam but turret mounted
very rare drop from hive queen 1 in 100

I've been for a mining turret for a while, but 1 in 100 chance is kind of too common for something that will be hard to lose at this point in the game. I would make a new drop (hive mining computer or similar) that needs to used to manu the turret.
