Mission UI issue
This is going to sound completely insane and the opposite of the last 20 years but.....
Can we back off the new missions a little bit? A couple times recently I've found myself in the mission UI actually struggling to find a mission I knew was there because of the wall of missions that now exists
I am hoping in your UI redux there's a mission system specific update in as well to make missions better to digest but now we do in fact have a wall 'O missions problem. Something old me never could have imagined existing....but here we are
So on the one hand....yay content, probably enough to keep new people busy for 1-2 years but now it's generated a new issue of how it is presented.
Ok so maybe don't actually back off the missions, just let me know if there's a better mission UI coming, perhaps with custom filters and favourite tags....sort ones I take a lot to the top, popular missions other people are taking recently...etc
Lets try and pull a reasonable suggestion out of that thought:
-New mission filters
--Favourites (ones the player plays frequently)
--Popular with others in the last 24hrs
--Popular with others in the last week (the idea behind popular is to show other players, esp old crusty ones like me, what people like doing to encourage me/others to try them)
--Dynamic PvE (this will show hive, deneb, escorts, deneb teleport mission)
--New (in the last 30 days)
--Unplayed (player hasn't played them before)

Yes, let's do that. Because we aren't going to stop making missions due to the UI.
But, I'm all for improving the UI. A UI update is coming, but more feedback on what is desirable in a mission interface will be helpful for informing that process.

Filtering and tabs sound good. Off the top of my head, unplayed/repeatable/dynamic would be a good initial separation, could probably be improved.
Perhaps the ability to hide mission your3 not interested in like the recurring beginner missions to thin out what is visible?
Also an exclamation mark or color change denoting new missions that became availabe so you don't have to try to memorize the previous list?
