Using channel 11, 201, 202 to announce blockade departures/spawns and pings to the national channel when the blockades get attacked.

Could also be tied with the military flag.

as far as i recall, keep in mind i was very tired, i only suggested the second half with joined serco/itani military pilots getting blockade attack notifications but spawn notifications would probably encourage players' escorting the blockade through greyspace as well, so:
