Ad a stat to the Enduring title

This ship has mined xxx credits worth of ore

Makes more sense to just count mined volume: Ore prices aren't fixed anymore.

Then someone who mined 10k carbonic would have the same stat as someone who mined 10k helio and took the time to sell it at best price

Well yeah... That's exactly what I'm getting at.

Furthermore why should this be a capship/enduring title specific stat?

Hell if you enjoy the tedium of mining you might also enjoy accounting; you could keep track of your progress and that way it wouldn't pollute my capship titles with a fekkin' mining stat! :p

It would make more sense to have the credits gained from the ore sold go towards the trade badge as profit.

You could base it on the mining XP. That's static and based on what type of ore.
