The current system for docking rights with a trident in a Hive Skirmish mission is tied to your standing with the local faction. In contrast, the Deneb docking rights are tied to the mission itself. This could prove problematic for a UIT docking during Hive Skirmishes for Itani/Serco or any faction for a corporate station. This can make critical queen killing trickier for newer players, as they cannot reload in sector. It wouldn't make sense for a military and/or corporation to hire a mercenary and not allow them access to their resources for helping them.... Assuming they don't hate you.

My suggestion: Retain the standing requirements as follows: Neutral and up standings are permitted to dock with the Trident during the mission only. Reduced repair costs for neutral (Perhaps same as station?), further reduced for respected and free for admired. Dislike could either be no docking allowed or increased repair costs (as is current if you're not in mission)
