New Limitations to posting / replying on Suggestions
As of now, any new Account must also have at least one character over Level 1 combat to post or reply on Suggestions. Older website-only accounts are still "grandfathered" and allowed, for now.
I didn't want to do this, because it prevents genuinely new players from posting on Suggestions and giving their immediate feedback.
Unfortunately, it has been added because of certain veteran players who choose to show up and post on fresh Forum Alts, and then agree with themselves, or start faux-arguments to foster drama, or other nonsense.
This limit obviously does not actually "prevent" these annoying fake accounts, it just makes it slightly more of a hassle to create them, and at least delays them a little before they're inevitably banned anyway.
Eventually more elaborate limits on VPNs and TOR nodes will reduce this still further.
I don't really want to make Suggestions some kind of invite-only PCC thing, which is effectively the "last step", as that would even further disenfranchise any new player from the process, and adds one more "thing" that has to be maintained by the developers (explicitly adding people to "Suggestions Access").
FYI.

This was definitely needed, forum alts are very bad for the game and the players.
At least it will be harder to do harmful stuff you mentioned, Incarnate

+1, slapping "certain veterans" on the wrist and continuing to let them do this crap is exactly why they will continue to do it. You do not punish their mains, so why should they care if a alt gets banned? "Combat level 1" thats not even really a hassle. Most of their alts are combat level 6 or higher.
