A simple capship command to your capship, to which it replies with it's shield percentage, or, if shields are down, the amount of time it will take for it to regain shields (provided no additional damage is dealt). It could be along the lines of:

/msg "your capship" shield
Reply: Shield percentage is 68%

OR

Reply: Shields are down. They will regenerate in 3 minutes and 42 seconds.

This would be useful for capship owners to know how long they have to wait before their capship's shields regenerate. This is useful in situations such as levi hunts, when you are often waiting for your capship to regain shields without knowing how long it's going to take.
