like my last suggestion about the ability to change names im now suggestion a license progress bonus

basically it makes it so that as you do certain actions you will gain more xp in those categories

for example if you do a lot of mining you will get more commerce/trading and mining license xp.
if you do more fighting you will get more combat xp in the respective categories.
you get the idea.
