The TPG Superfast Powercell
Licences 0/0/0/14/0
Capacity: 20
Charge: 52/s
Grid: 2
Mass: 20kg
A manufactured powercell whose manufacturing mission is unlocked with the TPG Test Pilot mission tree, as well as trade 14 and TPG Pillar of Society.
This powercell is designed specifically for the Behomoth XC. A cell that has absolutely no use in combat due to its ridiculous capacity and it's grid that can't equip a single port. However, it can charge while a ship is turboing and get to full charge in 10s with turbo on and in less than a second without.
A bonus addition I was thinking is that this powercell is equipped with a network to TPGs massive trade empire, which allows you to find the sale price of any good in your hold at any station in the galaxy, not just the system high and galactic high.
I was also thinking this could have a Corvus variant for faster traveling, but with 4 grid instead of 2 so one addon can be equipped.

-1 theres already an extreme cell that is this idea
-1. We have EXTREEM drain pc for that
This is clearly not like the extreem drain. Except for the charge rate. Op gave it a capacity of 20 which means it would be full in 0.384 seconds. Which is nuts. On a turreted ship it could still fire back. Additionally, it has a insanely low mass.
The only trade off is capacity/grid. It should have some really painful mass as well (heat sinking purposes). And should be ultra rare. Probably one of rarest items in the game. Even more rare than the extreem cell.
Game play, this cell is made for running. So a question : do we as players want to promote even more running in VO?

Extreme drain has a capacity of 500(?) and is hence unsuitable for the purpose this one is meant for. A turreted ship couldn't fire back because you can't have turrets on it. It's designed for use exclusively on the XC. A hauler powercell, to go with the hauler ship. Giving it more mass is fine...maybe 1000kg? It will be rare as it is manufactured. The manufacturing mission can be made extra hard with requirements of hive skirm drops (not Levi drops) or something.
Running is as broken as ever even with how stupidly powerful the PCB is.
I'm not too keen on this one.

Who said anything about running? Running in an XC is impossible. It's a pure hauler powercell.

The atlas and all moths (except the xc) have built in neut turrets.

Ah shit...forgot about those. But it would be pretty easy for the devs to disable turrets when this particular powercell is in use right?
