Allow us to report toxic/roc breaking pilot names. In a similar way to reporting spybots. Currently some of us report a line of text in hopes that a pilot name will be reported, then we see the report come back as rejected. While the line of chat was not rule breaking, the name was. Which is frustrating. so: /report name ROCVIO or something like that.

How is it used to attack players? Unlike the old /vote mute, which could be abused, punishment on /report is entirely up to the mods. No player abuse. Without it our trolls would go completely nuts with the shit on chat.

Reports go to Incarnate, who decides how to handle them. Sometimes it's just a warning, sometimes a brief mute, and increasing in severity if the issue was particularly bad or repeated after previous interventions failed.
