Allow more people to dock in cap ships in Deneb
This has probably been brought up before, but as of now only one person can dock in an NPC capital ship in Deneb at a time. This not only makes the the many turrets it has useless, but also has been a way to illegitimately stop players from repairing and rearming.
I suggest increasing the number of people who can dock to NPC capital ships in Deneb and for fairness sake maybe put a timer on how quickly you can dock/undock/redock. There should also be a penalty where if you kill someone or maybe do so much damage to someone on your own team from a turret then you get kicked out of the cap ship and have some sort of time penalty before you are allowed to dock again.

I can see no reason not to allow at least 2 people aboard a Skirmish trident.

+1. I'm tired of trolls keeping people from docking.
Setting the limit to "2" is pretty simple. But, for long-term usage, some potential notes:
- Docking to NPC capships in Deneb: Two people can dock per-ship, up to 1 minute each. People may dock for 1 minute (total) out of every 10 minutes. People docking and launching over and over again, for a few seconds at a time (to repair) should work fine.
- When the 1-minute timer expires, the person's ship is ejected from the capship, and given a text notice.
- When they dock, they're given a remaining-time countdown, for every 10 seconds.
- If a user damages a player or ship on their team, using an NPC capship turret, they are kicked from the capship and will be unable to dock for 10 minutes (their time is automatically depleted).
Ultimately, we don't really want people waiting out battles, sitting in NPC capships, hence the usage-timer concept.

+1 for the timer . Hate when other players hide in the capship.
incarnate, your plan sounds good to me.
Agreed there where many times where sides would sit in trident's and it would be super super annoying.
So, we're still going to investigate this further, but based on a very preliminary assessment, there is no actual special-limit on docking to Deneb-based capships. There are still basic capacity limits, like any Trident might have, for instance, but nothing special to Deneb.. at least not that's immediately apparent.
We think maybe there's some other problem going on, perhaps a Bug, but it's going to take some time and log analysis to dig into.
This is all kind of unrelated to my "time-limit" based design notes above, which still have utility no matter how we change (or fix) the "docking limit".

If a player is docked in the HAC and I try to dock it says it's full. So I guess the HAC's cargo capacity is only 500cu or less? Maybe increase it to 1000 and we'll see if the problem persists.
Right. That's one of many things we'll look at, but it's no longer specific or exclusive to Deneb. We'll investigate what's going on in general, and weigh different options and impacts.
