(PCB rebalance 2/2) Decrease the effectiveness of the power cell blaster against a shielded ship.
Decrease the effectiveness of the power cell blaster by 75% against a shielded ship. The shields should attenuate the power cell blaster a bit. For reference, the PCB currently depletes a power cell by 60 for each shot landed.
Without taking in account recharge, a fast charge equipped ship with a pcb can get off about 31 shots for a drain of 1860. And what? 6 shots per second with the recharge(if fully drained)? So roughly a sustained 360 drain per second against the cap ship’s cell recharge of 150/s. Meaning that 1 pcb can keep a capship cell more than drained.
A 75% reduction would mean a single power blaster could only sustain 15 drain per shot after an initial 465.
And before anyone mentions that this will make it too hard for aggressors, remember that the grav mine does a 4000 drain, so a well equipped attacking force can still instant drain a capital ship and then get a few pcbs on it. Add in capships with pcb turrets, and aggressive players will have all the drain they need.
This suggestion would just make a lone fighter unable to fully disable a shielded capital ship. (the capship of course won’t be able to make a WH jump, but system jumps would still be possible).

I do agree in this. PCBs are way too powerful when except capgausses everything uses energy, even capswarms. This would make lone assults harder, what happens all the time.
Maybe apply the other 75% of the pcb's power to weaken the sheilds. The sheild is doing some kind of work attenuating the hit after all.
