Can we please get a radar extender for foggy sectors?

Maybe even have different classes of them? ...like, "Grey Fog Radar Extender", "Green Fog Radar Extender", etc.

I think I suggested once that the radar should just work in a fogged sector like it does in a storm sector. It's radar, after all. Radar today is used for fog, clouds, storms, night, smoke, and other instance where there exist a need to discern dense objects from less dense medium (air, space, dirt, etc.)

Storm radars should work in fog at least as well as storms. One might argue better than with storms, since the storms are supposed to be some sort of ionizing radiation.

If I recall, Inc said something about the game mechanics of storms and fog are different.... or something like that.
