In case there are pilots who, for whatever reason, cannot access their mouse pointer, and aren't comfortable with the gamepad mouse emulation, add a launch command to the keyboard bind screen.

while I dunno how to add items to the configuration screen, I implemented this as a plugin in the meantime, so /launch works.

In conjunction with this let's the make "L" of the "L A U N C H" button a highlighted UI hotkey...yes?

This doesn't solve the request of making a native hotkey for launching, but here's a plugin I wrote a while ago that let's you set a hotkey for launching.
