When firing a rail gun, I think it would be cool if they left a "streak" or a line as they travel, kinds like thrusters trail but long and thinner

Cool, but what is the game enhancement that offsets resource drain? Are we trying to gain a tracer so we know where the sniper is?

It would look really, really cool imo. And no? Rail guns aren't accurate enough for out of senor range shooting
