the Warthog MklV currently only has 500 armor over its mklll version, even though its the "armoured variant". I believe it should be changed so that MklV has 11500, or 11000 as to make it a true armoured variant. currently its more worthwhile to use a mklll since it has over double the cargo space, less turbo energy drain (by 5) then its "armoured variant".

Actually the Mk IV has 600 over the Mk1, which is what it is being compared to. If you want something stronger, fly the WTD which has 11000.

Hog 3 is pretty much always a better choice than the hog 4 right now. +1 to buffing the hog 4 with a little more armor.

Hog 4 should have at least 11k if not 12k.

The WTD has a huge edge in terms of handling, buffing the armored variant to actually have half-decent armor wouldn't take away from the WTD's edge.

I think buffing the armor is the wrong way to buff the hog IV. Maybe instead buff it's spin torque to maybe 7.8. That is slightly less then the WTD, which is also a bit lighter, but substantially better then the hog 3.

But it's the Armoured Variant LNH, I agree with the other posters, buff the armour. If it's too close to the WTD, buff that ship too. It's not like people are shitscared of WTD pilots, it will probably still lose to corvults every time with more armour.

I'm increasing it to 10,500 for now. Small buff, but whatever, it's now a bit more armored than the mark III.
