Personell transport

One thing I miss in VO is transportation of people, sure there are a few missions where you transport people, but what I would like to see is missions that are always in the stations, it could be in it's own category f.ex.
The suggestion is as follows:
1. Transportation of people from station to station plus excursions to scenic or dangerous places.

2. Dedicated space buses, these could be modified, existing ships like for example the Atlas as a personell
carrier.

3. Since people are the most valuable cargo you can find, there should be a risk in the missions so that
losing your precious cargo would result in a small/medium faction hit along with a fine.

I've always thought this was a fruitful area of development. I'm thinking perhaps some sort of small or large port addon that could turn some cargo space into living quarters (e.g., give up a small port and 10cu to carry up to 4 passengers or something?) Otherwise, it might be too OP to carry cargo that pirates can't steal, though pirates might find the lowering of standings/credit deduction as rewarding enough for the kill.

You could then expand into lots of different mission types: refugees, scientists, tourists, criminals fleeing into or out of greyspace, espionage, military (drop a serco agent in itan space), espionage (axia agents to valent). Doesn't have to be station to station, some could be go out out find a roid that's 50% or more denic, or take someone bounty hunting (get at least 1 bounty without dying). Some could be timed to further add difficulty.

Honestly, I think to implement correctly would take a lot of dev time that really needs to be dedicated to more core gameplay like the economy, cap ships, manufacturing, new ships/weapons within the existing system, etc.
