Quick and dirty suggestion: a separate channel for VO memes on the discord server. The player-creations channel is getting clogged with memes and so actual creations like videos and what not are getting buried.

if we make a meme channel, then we also have to figure out better, or at least more visible, rules for what is and isn't allowed. We won't always be able to enforce things ourselves, after all. beyond that, it can't be named JUST #memes; people would likely put non-VO memes in the channel, which we do not allow. perhaps #vo-comedy?
