Deploy border turrets
SYNOPSIS
A player manufactured border/station defense turret that functions much like the ones already in the game.
APPLICATION IDEAS
1. A stationary turret that can be deployed by a player.
2. Turret could have a timed lifespan and/or be dependent on the presence of the player in the sector.
3. Turret probably shouldn't be deployable in most station sectors, though in conquerable stations maybe so.
SIDE NOTES
At the rudimentary level it seems that some of the assets are already there for this. Certainly the 3D models can simply be the same as say a station turret. It also would add some really awesome dynamics to the game, improving the depth of manufacturing and combat a great deal.
