Currently commanders can only appoint Lts. Would it be possible to add more ranks to guilds? Custom rank names would be awesome, but even baked in names would be perfect. With check boxes next to each rank for permissions (invite members, kick members, change motd, change guild bank limits).

Also allow guild commanders to demote the appointed ranks to member, instead of having to request a guide to do so.
