Faction Spoofer
Emulates POS for a particular faction.
-Variants for every faction
-only one faction per spoofer
-small port, virtually no mass
-each Spoofer comes from a manufacturing process that requires destruction of 3 separate types of ships from the target faction (vult, hog2, valk for itani, for instance)
-If a user of a faction spoofer exists in that faction's monitored space and is targeted by someone with an addon scanner who also has POS with that faction, an elite band of strike force issues and pursues the spoofer aggressively. This strike force should have increased speed, increased numbers beyond the normal strike force that currently exists. When spoofing ship is un-targeted the strike force retreats.
