more different stations in itani and serco space
TPG and a few others could offer benefits of having their stations in those nation spaces. I suggest a few factions getting approved for stations in itani and serco space.

UIT corporations have been known to have negative histories with some nations. Why would those nations allow those corporations to set up shop within their borders? That sounds like a huge security risk. If TPG wants to sell licenses to their ships and weapons to nations, that is fine. But those nations will use their own facilities to build items under those licenses.

what purpose would this serve?
if tpg stations were in itani and serco space, it would help them build standing for later
I'm sorry but that's not at all clear, what is the "later" part?
TPG is one system away from both nations.

Suggestions are much better when they include an explanation of what gameply they are improving or problem they are solving.
Motivation is easy to explain
If you are hunting and killing newbs in nation space you can achieve hated or KOS standing with the corresponding nation.
This will prevent you to dock with nation specific station to continue your predation.
If you do that in uit ,it is of no consequences, because you can have standing with minor faction to repair and continue your business as usual.
With serco and itani, once you have tanked your standing you can no longer dock anywhere to repair your ship which makes it harder to hunt newbs in those systems. (but not impossible as you could use a cappy somewhere in unmonitored sector and with repair ship)
Now if the suggestion was describing a mechanism that automatically set you KOS with this local stations when you have tanked your serco or itani standing we could not question its motivation.
Though it still makes no sense with the current backstory.
So far:
problem to solve: requester cant hunt newbs in serco or itani space.
improvement: all vo newbs have an equally opportunity to be griefed/killed by the requester
Benefit for the community: fixing the injustice between UIT newbs and itani/serco newbs.

I had a pretty strong suspicion that was his intention, easy access to griefing newbs in those nations.
Try being a bit more subtle next time Kenny.
Edit : It should be even harder to grief in UIT, and not provide an equality of opportunity for griefing, if that wasn't obvious.
