Stations reselling ships should not require the purchaser to be bound by the same license and standing requirements required at the station of origin.

Maybe this could be tested for some while in Latos M-7? Might be less likely to cause problems then if it were implemented in N-2 or the like.

Allowing players to buy ships as cargo would be nice for trade.
