Sometimes when you take missions, it sends you to a sector that's already got hive or something in it.
I've seen this a couple times. A newb couldn't finish basic flight status without help because it was in a static hive queen sector and the bots there kept killing them over and over.
There was also this one time when someone was trying to do Orion Special Operation and the mission kept sending them to a dynamic hive sector, and I just saw someone attempting to do the hydra mission with the same problem.

Please make it so that missions only send you to unoccupied sectors (or something).

I think that mission was made in the PCC which means it was not made via the tools the devs have access to. You can send a mission to an empty sector or an empty roid sector. But there is no flag in the pcc for empty roid sector without bots. So that would have to be changed, and then all the pcc missions would have to be edited as well.

Plus, it is grey space, and there is no reason for that mission to be super easy. If there are bots, deal with it.

It also happens for Training mission V on rare occurrences, when it sends the player out to a sector with a hive queen. As such, while in-greyspace missions are fine (albeit I'd still call it broken, since you sometimes are incapable of completing the mission), its clear this affects all missions in some way, even if its rare.

It was pretty funny when i did an Axia medium mining escort in an ion with hive I finished it thank god. I hear sometimes deneb skirms happen in queen sectors and I personally havent seen queens fight the npcs XD Be a sight to see and yah it can happen rarely i guess.

I've had it on the basic flight training mission. Double static queen with pissed off escorts makes for an interesting time trying to kill the orun collectors.
