Keys - CapitalShip IFF option
tldr; Capship keys "IFF=false" should not allow players on that key to enter capship turrets.
As far as I'm away the IFF tickbox for capitals on keys is useless, on the stations it toggles whether the users are "Friendly" and should not be shot at or not.
Given capitals do nothave automated defenses and do not shoot at those toggled "IFF" or not, would it be possible to allow this toggle the ability to use the capitals turrets.
When you're on the "SpyaBeje Capships" key, both of our capships have "Candock=true" "IFF=false", it's my belief (for capships) this should allow users the ability to dock your capital (Reload/Repair, and safe transport) without the ability to use the turrets.
(Turrets tab is either gone, or instead of listing available turrets it says that the Capital ship does not have IFF active, or all turret slots show red to the user (like it's an occupied position) so the user cannot enter those guns)
When user Y attacks another user, or NPC inside the NFZ in user X's capital for example, User X now suffers the penalties as well for user Y's offense.
If I have IFF=false then user Y could never use the turrets to 1) destroy the capital via StrikeForce, or 2) ruin my standings while i'm in the station looking at missions, manuing, loading cargo, etc.etc.

Another example (I'll omit names) a few months ago, me and a particular member were combatting over I-8, i followed one of the members in his squad to his Goliath, i had keys (From a team event a few months prior to this that never got removed), as such this allowed me to dock the Goliath as well.
Once I was in the goliath, I called for backup to assist in destroying it, meanwhile using the CapSwarms to destroy incoming bombers attempting to reload, including the owner himself.
In this situation, he immediately revoked my key; however as i was already docked this made no differnce.
Now, instead of removing my key, he could have toggled "Off" the IFF setting for the capital ship
"<Name>'s Capship"
Can Dock [√] IFF [X]
This would have prevented me from re-entering the turret or swapping to other turrets therefore rendering the Goliath useless to me.

+1
I am always a bit leary of inviting some players to dock and even fly in my Caps since some noobs, and others, think it is a blast to shoot at any and every thing that they can, even after I warn them not to. So to solve this problem, I just fly with full ship or don't give out keys.
I have wondered for a long time just why that box was even on the Cap Keys since it does nothing.

Maybe we should also have something that makes more sense than "IFF". I still don't know WTF that means.
