...but don't make this an off-the-shelf item, that would make it OP

Have it be a ship requiring manufacture at a specific Corvus station with maybe the torpedo component needing to be made at one of the conquerable stations.

making someone build both components like described above might be interesting, if we got rid of Greenwalls magic.
