Currently there are cap-docks in Sol-II, the Serco main capitol, Itan, the Itani main capitol, Dau, the UIT main capitol, the capship yards (more of a production facility), and Odia, at the Corvus capitol.

I would suggest that the Secondary capitols get their own cap-docks as well. For UIT that would be Arta Caelestis. For the Serco, it would be Pyronis. For the Itani, it would be EO. I know that may give the Itani a slight advantage in the border conflict, maybe something can be done about that, but I don't know what that would be.

How about putting Itan's new cap dock station in Jalik or Divinia? This is closer to the entrance to Itan space like Pyronis is for Serco. This would negate the advantage of having a cap dock next system over from the Deneb wars, even tho it makes a bit less sense there as they are not capitol systems. Jalik seems like a pretty poppin place. Lots of stations there etc like Pyronis.

I forgot about Divinia. That might be better then EO for the time being.

Really good suggestion, thought about this for a while, station rent is not a big deal, but it does add up over time when you have a few over capacity. At least having more places to home should help a little. This on top of the obvious benefits. +1

+3 to more docks. Cap ships fly slow and I'd fly mine more if more stations accepted them. I'll vote for all my accounts. ;)
