The Propeller Group have MORE stations then the UIT government, and WAY more then Corvus. I would almost consider TPG to be a nation state in it's own right. They have a military, capable of engaging multiple other sub-factions in full scale war simultaneously (see the corporate wars). They also have a capitol station, in Dau K-10. They even produce several capitol ships, the Teradon frigate (I'd call it a destroyer, but whatever) and the Constellation Heavy Transport.

I know there's a cap dock right next door, but I don't see this as a reason not to give their station a capitol dock.

+ 1 to anything that gives Cap Ships more places to dock - with only one in UIT space, it gives most anyone an idea of where Caps may be going to dock at
