This would obviously be quite an achievement and definitely worth a badge.

That would probably put a lot of load on the servers. Imagine hundreds of players all activating every sector in the game. The game would melt down.

How about calling it "Galactic Cartographer" and making it a level up from "Galactic Traveler"?
