But they're still not all there...

The only things missing, though, are group commands and /hudmode. This is because they were added after the manual was written.

/group create
/group invite [name]
/group join [name]
/hudmode
/oper /kill [name]

/group is stuff to make groups of people

/log is used if you have MultiLog on, and lets you switch between the tabs in tabbed chat.
