Hi.

Currently /givemoney does a client side check as far as I'm aware to ensure the recipient is in the same sector, however for users who have been stationary for too long, and had the radar blinded, this makes it impossible to use /givemoney.

Please allow the command to do proper sector checking to enable use of this command.
