I think there shoud be a weapon that good against the frigate. i think there should be a gravity cannon (and no it doesn't shoot gravity). The gravity cannon would be a large port, and it only carries 4 pieces of ammo. The cannon would use a HUGE amount of energy like 250 units of energy, and the ammo would cost a lot like 30,000 credits. Now the reason it would be good is because after you shoot in a little while the ammo would explode and then the after the explosion there will be a vortex where the ammo exploded.

This sounds a whole lot like the avalon torpedoes, minus the second explosion.

The fighting should be based on skills, not point and shoot. A gravity cannon will make all fighters absolutely useless.
