Currently the button doesnt do anything. I suggest using this text:

This is where you can manage other pilots you have invited to board your ship for turret access.
The main pane below lists who you have invited onto your ship and what turret they are currently using, if any. beneath that are the buttons you can use for managing a pilot you have selected.

Please note that you can only have gunners on trade ships that have a turret port; namely, the atlas, the behemoth, and capital ships. Turrets are NOT automatic weapons.

I included the last bit about turrets not being automatic because I've had to correct that assumption at least 3 times in the past week, and it's kinda annoying me...
