XP for unrats and blockades
I say make unrats and blockades give combat XP.
I say combat because you are removing an enemy of the people or an enemy of the nation (for blockades.)
At a minimum large or small weapon XP.

There needs to be a bigger reward for them in XP and drops. We have many players who love going after them and clearing them for the good of players and Nations. They need to be better rewarded as some leave what they are doing and rush in as soon as they find out the Unrats and blockades are present.
It had been mentioned in past of some type of Badge for killing Unrats. This should have already been setup and the XP and drops increased as added incentive. And the Badge needs to earn something more than just another Badge to brag about.

So, we're going to push a release that causes Unrat fighters and capships to reward with Light Weapon and Heavy Weapon XP. Nothing for Blockades yet, I think the blockades still need some work in general, so that'll be another discussion for the future.
Generally, we don't give Combat XP for anything other than missions. I'm not sure how I would feel about changing that, but it would be significant shift. It opens up possibilities where people may be able to "engineer" fast-leveling to a much greater extent..

A "clear the unrat blockade" mission available in UIT, Itani, and Serco space? Probably shouldn't be one in grey.
An Itani/serco "clear the blockade" mission? At least give faction alignment and maybe a tiny bit of trade for clearing the trade blockades?
Treat them like skirm or deneb missions...

Some combat xp for the unrat trident specifically seems quite appropriate, as its death means the end of their placement. Also, naturally they wont respawn for a good while. Setting combat xp on the fighters would be bad tho,i can chew through loads of them real quick.
I would like a unrat count, like we currently enjoy with queens, marking off the dead unrat capitol ships that we killed.
yeah unrat counts dont seem hard to implement imo
