Quantum Interdiction Device
Disables outbound wormholes and jump points in sector for 1hr (Longer? Shorter?) Can still jump in, just not out.
Must be manufactured in corvus (or purchased at exhorbitant cost.)
Requires goli or trident powercell (gotta kill a capship to use/make one!)
200cu in size
Must be jettisoned
Can be shot to be killed
Can be picked up before depletion and refurbished in corvus stations (powercell disappears with use + repair mission requiring refurbishment parts)
Self destructs if fully depleted before being disabled?
Picking up disables interdiction
Disables all out of sector comm?
Leviathans lay them like eggs? Or new bosses w/ next release.
Players can still /explode
Players can be still be killed
Cargo remains in sector

Wouldn't be as cool as you think if people can still just space themselves and wait it out. For people who want to avoid combat, there is always /logoff. Also an item like this could be used to basically shut down systems, and stop _anyone_ from playing for a while, which is against the EULA. A group of dedicated players could easily make grey space impossible to travel through.
