My sub ran out and i cant undock, cant switch ships cuz need more cargo or renew the current 20k cargo, cant buy more cargo as i have no crystals after sub runs out, if i sell all the ships still cant cuz goli takes all the storage. How am i actually supposed to select a ship?

I believe the response is buy a sub.

Unless ur willing to pay thats not an option for me currently

Instead an idea would be make it so you can buy ec89 + free power cell regardless of station limits. This at least gives you the opportunity to sell your capship (or undock to change home station), which you cannot use anyway.

Well you can undock without selling your capship or without selling anything in a free ship with a free cell. You just wouldn't be able to use it until you sub.

Your missing the point. The goli is selected, no crystals, no storage, cant change ship and cant undock. All i can do is sit on forums bored af while playing another game till there is a fix.

If you were able to buy the ec89, then you would be in the ec89. You automatically equip purchased ships, so you would no longer be in the goliath. So you are missing the point. Of course it would kind of cut that station off to you until you re-sub, but this is part of the price of going F2P. Sounds to me like you could also sell your cargo? So you are just being stubborn.

Most F2P users would _never_ end up in the situation you have found yourself in, so removing crystals from this isn't the only option. If more players were likely to find themselves in this situation because of the lack of crystals then I may agree but they are not. So you cannot afford a sub right now? It happens, and I do feel for you but it seems like you are being blinded by rage or something. Almost like "it is my way or I hit the highway".

Oh, and just for reference, if PC players do not pay for their account, they cannot even log in. At least you can stay in a station talking, which is half the game anyway! But seriously there are other options, like buying a 1.99 crystal pack, or using a different toon. You won't be able to use your capship until you sub anyway...

I wouldnt care but it wont change so i can even launch to change station, ive had to use a whole new alt todo anything at all. Not fun.

I would have quietly sold a bunch of cargo already and gone on about my business.

Random thought: I had a f2p account that was loaded with XCs and other smaller ships. I was experiencing kind of the same issue as the OP, except no capital ship. I thought I would be sneaky and place all the fighters and cargo into the XCs in hopes of my cargo CU space would be reduced in the station. It wasn't.

This was a couple years ago, and maybe things have changed. If they haven't, they should be. If I make more efficient use of my space, I shouldn't be charged for the space instead of my ships as well as being charged for what a ship takes up itself.
