Some minor ideas for Android
Hello everyone,
I have skimmed the forum just a little bit and seen so many exciting suggestions, I believe developers really do their best for us to enjoy the game. I don't know if any of the following suggesitons has been made before or not so I am sorry for any inconvience I am giving if the suggestions are already mentioned.
Below, you can find some minor suggestions for Android devices (since I use Android).
- Faction standing should be seen in numbers so we can know how we are progessing. (Edit: This is already a thing.)
- Outcome of the missions should be seen before starting the mission. So players who wants to pay attention to faction standings, they can take those missions.
Edit: Missions are unpredictable and this is what makes them exciting.
- We should have "Enter" button on the keyboard so we can go bottom of the Notes etc.
Those are only that pops up on my mind right now. We can discuss these and add new minor suggestions in the future.

Regarding the first two:
-It is possible to see numerical faction standing under Android by pressing on the faction bar as I recall, but it may be somewhat awkward currently.
-Missions will sometimes (frequently?) have many different outcomes based on performance during the mission as well as choices made along the way. Outcomes are sometimes unexpected by design. Missions which may result in faction loss usually(?) will warn you in the mission text before such loss becomes an immediate threat. Some missions will lead to entirely different branches of missions based on what you do during the mission; you might end up getting an entirely different tree because you chose to do X instead of Y. As such, I believe it's impractical to give the player the outcome of a mission before it's taken: missions are sometimes designed with the expectation that the player will have to make off-the-cuff decisions in response to emergent situations.

Like stated above, the first two are already a thing.
+1 to adding a return key to the keyboard though!

Some missions are a lottery especially escort missions. I once escorted a small convoy all the way from Odia to Dau through very hazardous Sedina B-8 and received a miserly 15k credit reward ! Another time I escorted a convoy from Arta to Dau literally two, entirely safe, jumps taking no more than 5 minutes and got 300k reward. I think they're meant to be unpredictable and it makes them more interesting.
It's a good idea to use a cargo scanner on the voy if you want to maximize your escorting profits. Unless you love escorting free cells through greyspace.
Slash, convoys run on trade mechanics, so as WAF said above, grab a cargo scanner and determine yourself if the items being traded would be profitable. Payment usually goes around 6-650k, but it is entirely based on that transaction. Distance really isnt a factor.
If the convoy you are escorting isnt the same as the sector's "monitered" status, you can sometimes abort the mission, kill the convoy, and sell the loot for even more credits. Good practice for greyspace-travelling convoys.

You don't need to abort the mission before killing them, though I suppose that would be more polite. If you keep the mission active, any NPC escort ships will ignore your actions until you make your second kill and get kicked out of the mission. The convoy ship turrets will still aggro immediately, but that's a lot easier to deal with when you don't have WTDs stuffing flares up your bum.
My advice is to limit yourself to one kill at the most and just whittle them all down until they're all in the red. Then you can kill them all in one fell swoop and get gone before NPCs have time to rally.

So I have edited the first post;
- Return key is a must
- Faction Standing can be seen my touching at them. Thats great.
- And about missions, we are still discussing about that. So how about only showing how the mission will affect the standing with the factions if it is going to affect anyway.
Something else came to my mind as well.
I am playing at both PC and Android. I am taking notes on my PC game but I want to see the same notes on my Android device but that is not possible I assume or I cannot find my own notes on Android. For clearfying, I am leaving notes on sectors that says which ores do they have to mine. Should I think we should be able to see the notes both on PC and Android.

The notes files are stored in the vendetta directory, under /settings folder. If you copy it from your windows build to android, your sector notes will transfer. Windows is [by default] c:/program files (x86)/vendetta/
Android files location is /android/data/com.GuildSoftware.vendetta/files/
You should re-read phaserlight's message - it isnt possible for missions to tell you how it will affect your standing because its not always going to, or how much it will is dependent on actions. Just think about the mission before you take it; ask if it fits what you want. Hasnt led me astray so far.

"Hello, Rin Ganborro. In case you were wondering, my respect for you is currently equivalent to 17.295 kg of steaming manure. If you complete this mission to procure me 800 tons of Roombas, my respect for you will change by precisely -1.254 kg of manure. I will throw in an additional -0.382 g of manure and half a millimeter of progress towards a smile if you finish the mission within the next ten minutes. Godspeed."
That sounds very natural and realistic. :)
