Fix Turret Exploit
I have seen several Capships flying around UIT where the owner is POS and he has 4 "gunner bots" (his own), manning the turrets ,that are usually Neutral. He will fly around and find a player that is Admired or Less and then the "gunner bots" will open fire on that player, not really caring about standings. When the player that is attacked returns fire, the "Security Forces" open fire on that player since his shooting is against the POS Capship, as gunners can't be targeted. This is NOT FAIR.
My suggestion would be that if a "gunner" open fires on another players ship then the owner of the ship the "gunner" is in then would have temp standings drop to match that of the "gunner". I know this does not seem fair, but you should be able to return fire to "whoever" is shooting at you and your shots should count same as if you are returning fire to the "gunner" and not the ship he happens to be flying in.

Your post makes zero sense. The way it is now is if the gunners hit you, you get 15 minutes to blow up the capship owner. It doesn't matter what the the standing of the capship owner is. It is a free kill(to defend yourself). You won't even trigger the NFZ in those 15 minutes.
umm I believe your observation is incorrect. capship captains are marked as part of the defending mechanic if any of their gunners attack someone in monitored space. if a gunner goes hate or kos they are kicked from the ship automatically. So anyone shot by a ships gunner has free kill on both the gunner and the ship pilot.
SF only come into play when either the NFZ rules are violated or someone has a standing of either HATE or KOS. You can shoot POS players all you want outside of the NFZ with no SF response as long as your standing is dislike or higher.
