Changes to Subscription Model
I mentioned this to someone else, and they suggested I post it here.
TL;DR: Add a full, mobile only subscription at a reduced cost of the current PC subscription.
Logic:
I'm a player that knew about the game before mobile existed, but joined for the mobile version and eventually used the PC version when I was able to access my computer. I haven't resubscribed due to the cost of the subscription and availability of free to play on mobile, instead of finding value in the cost of the subscription, I deal with the limitations of f2p instead of becoming a paid subscriber.
It seems like a logical business approach to offer, for example, a $4.99 subscription for mobile only access, and possibly include the current Lite subscription which gets you PC access with limitations. This approach gives the potential subscriber to experience both clients without the hassle of choosing 8 hours or f2p, and burdening the ticketing system to correct the trial status, as well as providing players an option to financially support the game where they previously couldn't afford or it didn't have enough value to a mobile-only player for them to become a paid subscriber. Some players like myself would deal with the limitations of playing on mobile (Droidbuttons, investing in a decent controller), and decide if a full subscription and the versatility of input methods of the PC client is worth the additional cost. It seemed like a more intuitive approach to the current subscription model so I thought I'd share the suggestions here.
From a technical standpoint the change shouldn't require much work to implement, except for the split access (mobile-only full, PC lite/f2p), but I don't have all the information required to determine that.
Apologies for any broken logic or grammar that makes my points confusing.

Some changes to the sub model would be nice I'd probably log in more if I didn't have to install a 300 meg apk just to play f2p on pc...
